CPD Webinar Rules and Guidelines:

1. Your complete name should properly reflect on your screen. Our monitoring team will be checking your attendance during the webinar. Change your name accordingly to your registered name.

2. Please refrain from logging out for more than 5 minutes. Less than 300 minutes (5 hours) of zoom logged-in time may affect the issuance of a 5 CPD unit e-certificate. During breaks, it is advisable to stay logged-in.

3. Make sure that you are in a comfortable location, have everything within your reach and your internet is stable. Again, you need to obtain at least 5 hours of logged-in time to receive the e-certificate.

4. Answer the correct number of evaluation forms after each speaker. It is one of your proofs of attendance in this webinar.

5. There should be NO sharing of devices. One device is equal to one participant.

6. Each participant is required to use only one device and one webinar link to log-in. You will be monitored through only one device during the webinar.

7. Any question/s addressed to the Resource Speaker must be sent through the Chat Box. Unauthorized unmuting of the microphone during the webinar is strictly discouraged.

8. The Monitoring Group has the right to mute and/or turn-off videos of participants who are identified as a distraction to the speaker and the whole event.

9. Turn on your video during the webinar. Picture taking will be conducted at the end of the webinar, which will form part of your attendance.

10. Interact actively through the Chat Box.
